Brainpower and CX strengthen global brand

International mergers and acquisitions brought many individual brands with much life of their own into the Swiss dental manufacturer's group. It was decided to focus on Coltene. We created a new customer-oriented, uniform positioning that unites all products from the various business segments and countries under a new name, logo and a claim that gets to the heart of the customer benefits. Our communication proposal for this: Stories with proof of the new positioning as a competence brand, whose know-how, inventiveness and passion lead to perfect and often ingenious product concepts and solutions, implemented in eMagazine, landing page, mailings, trade fairs and events. This brought Coltene considerable growth. 

Product launch fast and smart

With a smile to global success

Innovation, skeptical dentists, competition in the starting blocks - we mastered these challenges with a smile. With the positioning of Componeer as a cosmetic product, an unusual name, logo and international campaign, we succeeded with "Smile to go," the most successful launch campaign ever for Coltene. 

The competition was left behind, sales targets were revised upwards and the whole world was conquered in no time at all.

The campaign brought us a win at the GWA-HC-Award, which honors efficiency.

Fascinating storytelling:
Tooth ache is hard to bear.

Wächter PR develops strategies and concepts for a variety of Coltene's products. The implementation in trade articles, social media and web is storytelling at itsbest.

Thus, a spectacular patient provided the ideal opportunity to vividly demonstrate the advantages of two Coltene materials (fast curing and reliability): Lars, father of the famous polar bear Knut, suffered from bilateral pulpal necrosis. An operation on the largest living land predator on earth was thus unavoidable. We documented the event in a detailed operation report in German and English. The case report became the starting point for an extraordinary PR success story.
